You're welcome. I haven't tried elimination but would like to try not overeating. I'm going to try eating in meals instead of all day and try eating mono-meals. Below is Matthew Warner's video, "A Day In A Fruitarian Diet: Daily Meal Plan". In his video, his first meal was 16 oranges (1200 calories), a second meal of 13 bananas (1300 calories), a third meal of 2 lb of grapes (eat first because it digests the quickest, 800 calories), 3 heads of lettuce (he says is close to a pound), and a container of cherry tomatoes. Today, my first meal was 4 bananas (400 calories), second meal was 33 dates (66 calories per date = about 2,200 calories), and third meal was a large red bell pepper and a large head of romaine lettuce. Matthew Warner's calculation of dates comes to 30 calories per date (1200 calories for 30 to 50 dates, 40 average). I got 66.5 calories from FitDay, and Doug Graham's "The 80/10/10 Success Guide" comes up with 66.5 calories per medjool date (1 medium = 24 g * 277 calories / 100 g). I don't know why Matthew's number is low. However, the summary is that the video shows just how simple this diet is. I can not think of a more simple and easy way to eat. Also, mono-meals will give you the best digestion.
