You're welcome. Remember, keep it simple. Buy once a week in bulk. If you want fewer items of something, buy them individually. Eat at least a head of tender green leaves per day. The rest is fruit (things with seeds). Eat mono-meals with enough calories to carry you over to the next meal. Matthew Warner says, "Since, as a cardinal rule of food combining, it is always best to eat the sugar first, you should make certain that you satisfy your fuel requirements before a large vegetable meal."
