You may not be getting enough calories. Make sure that you get enough carbohydrates by eating more fruit. Fruit is less calorie-dense than cooked starch but is more hydrating than cooked starch.

http://www.fruitariansarethefuture.com/ redirects to http://rawnaturalliving.com/?page_id=467. I bought the e-book called "Fruitarians Are The Future" from Matthew Warner. It costs $15.99. I didn't read the whole thing, but I skimmed through the back of the book where it has the mono-meal guide. There's usually one fruit per page. His mono-meals are about 1100 to 1200 calories. For each fruit, he gives the number of pounds, number of fruit, and the total calories. For example, cherries are 4 lb = 60 - 70 fruits, 1150 calories. Besides those numbers, he gives a high-quality picture of the fruit, the season of the fruit, and selection (picking them out in the grocery store). I found a discrepancy in season of the pears, because he said July through October, and I looked online about bosc pears, which start in late September through the fall and winter months. Matthew Warner follows a very strict 80/10/10 raw vegan diet. He includes tender green leaves and non-sweet fruit such as cucumbers and bell peppers in a large salad or as a mono-meal in addition to sweet fruit. He says to eat sweet fruit to satisfy your calories before eating a salad or a mono-meal of green leaves. He mentions eating one pound of young tender leafy greens per day. Eating mono-meals will eliminate your need for recipes and will simplify your diet even more. You only need to know the quantities per mono-meal. This e-book will give a guide, but ultimately trial and error will give you the quantities for your mono-meals.

I have the opposite problem as you. I'm noticing that I'm eating too much, which seems to correlate with production of nasal mucus and facial pimples. I'm at one year, one month on the 811rv diet, starting at the beginning of January 2011. During that period, I overate. I have not been eating mono-meals, so that is one area where I can improve. Also, I have been eating all day long instead of in meals, so that's another area where I can improve. I'm going to work on eating less to prevent mucus and pimples, eating mono-meals, and eating in meals rather than all day long.

Remember, keep it simple. Buy once a week in bulk. If you want fewer items of something, buy them individually. Eat at least a head of tender green leaves per day. The rest is fruit. Eat mono-meals with enough calories to carry you over to the next meal. Matthew Warner says, "Since, as a cardinal rule of food combining, it is always best to eat the sugar first, you should make certain that you satisfy your fuel requirements before a large vegetable meal." I'm going to try that.
