Subject:         who here has a "FOAMROLLER" ? DR.G... do recomend them for atheletes?

i love my new foam roller! who here has used one .. give a thumbs up!

i hurt my knee in sports, and now i am useing a foamroller on my IT.BAND and it is totally helping.

i was wondering if Doug likes them and what i professional oppinion is of them from a chiropractic standpoint?
