Thank you so very much for this, KT1! This was music to my ears as that really has been in the back of my mind all this time what Dr. Malkmus said about "bones going soft". I feel so much better now about adding more fruit.
My big push now is going to be to eat FRUIT as you and Christopher have suggested instead of cooked food.
All this is making so much more sense now!
KT1, thank God your fatigue is under control again! I am so thrilled for you!!! This really encourages me and inspires me. Bless you, KT1, for all your most-needed help and encouragement to me, and all the time you've spent helping me see these important facts.
I'm going to begin by adding and subtracting. Adding more fruit, subtracting anything that doesn't measure up. I'll post my progress in a week or so. It's really heartening that your fatigue is under control. See? That just proves it like you said!
I've GOT to get this right and I will.
