your bill though and with a family of four I'm thinking that I will not be
able to afford it. I'm wondering how many calories you are consuming
and I'm wondering if I replace the dates with cheaper fruit like more
bananas and also adding more apples and pears etc which are cheaper
here where I live-if that will make it more affordable. Do you see a
problem with limiting tomatoes since they are also expensive here?
