A careful look at the recipes in the 80/10/10 book shows that they contain at most one blended item per day as the main component of the meal and one blended item as the dressing for a large salad. All the other recipes are whole foods with little to no prep. For me, I've always view Dr. Graham's work as the optimal version of the works of people such as Dr. Campbell and Dr. Esselstyn.
