Vickie, you have all of the pieces of the puzzle. Chip away the stone little by little.
* Confidence
* Enthusiasm about human potential, not worrying about gray weather or other people's disregard for human potential
* Doctors to diagnose your pain but not treat it, just to see what it is
* Doug Graham as a paid consultant resource to guide medical decisions
* This forum for ideas and support
* YouTube videos of 80/10/10 raw vegan athletes as inspiration of what life can be like
* Providing the right environment (conditions), and the body will heal
* Eating enough calories from fruit, such as bananas, so that you don't binge on cooked food
* Jogging and lifting to sculpture you body
Start by buying cases of bananas, and little by little chip away at the stone.
When I do pushups, I don't put a time limit on reaching a certain number. I just keep working on it as much as I can day by day. The body needs to rest to grow. The body has its own agenda. With normal pushups, I get into the high twenties to low thirties. With the pushup handles, I dip farther down and can get into the teens.
I have a messy room. I live with the landlords (Korean husband and wife) as I did when I lived with my parents. They put the house on the market, and buyers are just starting to come to look at it. I need to pick a spot in my room and pick it up, then pick another spot and pick it up, then pick another spot, etc. Little by little we make progress.
