I agree with KT1 about eating enough fruit. He explained it well. See the YouTube video below from FoodnSport (Doug Graham), "80/10/10 Proof! The Raw Vegan Debate Is Over!". The muscle is going to come from weight lifting, which is hard work. Chris Califano says at "http://www.thefirstsupper.com/thebestweighblog.php?s=bulked-up-vs-genuine-muscle" that your muscle won't be filled with waste products (garbage) from cooked food and water retained from inorganic sodium chloride. You'll get pure, hard muscle that is not padded. Check out Chris Califano's muscles at "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4TwXHsSE5Vg", entitled Raw Vegan Myth. He has been vegan since 1985 and raw since 1999. He eats mostly fruits and greens with very few nuts and seeds (80/10/10 raw vegan). I have been eating 100% low-fat raw vegan with no overt fats since the beginning of 2011.
