Hello Vickie !! I do see your concerns about fruit, but really you can breath easy, remember silver back gorillas eat lots of it and I don't see their bones going soft:)!! I also used to like the hallelujah diet but honestly, it starves the body! there are nowhere near enough calories, no wonder you are craving cooked and junk food, you are only human and your body needs more fuel than it is current,y getting from your raw staples. I would say to simply start adding up how many calories you r eating from raw, if it isn't at 2000 for u, then add bananas, dates ,etc to get up to that number, then I bet u won't want much if any cooked at night. fruit is your friend Vickie, it's not you "failing" it's just simple physiology, remember depression, anxiety, etc are all signs of carb restricting, truly fruit will lift your mood, and cause you to want to move around a lot and get fresh air and it will make u happy inside, but u hav to eat enough :)))!!!! I am living proof, my fatigue is finally under control again!!! 811rv with loads of bananas, dates, greens, oranges, etc is the only thing that has ever worked. Also the more energy you have from fruit the more active you will be, then the more muscle u will have and that's how you strengthen the bones. Gravity is a friend of strong bones and so r living foods that fall into 811rv: fruit and greens :) with luv across the pond:)
