Subject:	info on why a rawfood person called, david wolf, is not telling right things

so who can help me to prove that this david wolfe way is not the way;
i am totally not interested in reading/looking things up about the subject,
but i would like to disprove it to a friend who apparently is a david wolf fan.
an dmaybe someone can just provide me the info i need cause maybe someone wrote it down somewhere?
some friends of mine, who i really love, want to do a cleansing following dw directions, i mean its a good thing that they want to do a cleansing, , but i really care for them and would like them to know the truth. and not to do something not good.
