When did you start eating more raw? What are your favorite fruits and greens? I have large green romaine lettuce heads, and I look forward to eating them. I have red tomatoes on the vine, and they are beautiful and delicious. Confidence is a great ally. Negative things don't knock you down when you have confidence. For example, I talked about my success on the 80/10/10 raw vegan diet on a forum that updates my aunt's health progress from her stroke on April 30, 2011. I talked about Louis Pasteur and how, at the end of his life, he admitted that the environment in the body determines health, not the germ, which can extend to genetics because genes can turn on and off. I noticed today that I'm restricted from viewing the pages because they are afraid of raw fruits and greens and no animal products. The family runs a business that sells heaters to restaurants for cooking meat. To not say anything about my success and recommendations is to commit medical malpractice. This is where confidence helps you out. No one should be afraid of whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic, low-fat fruits and greens. They are beautiful and delicious. Yes, be especially thankful that you learned about Doug Graham and that you are understand its logic. Many people don't believe us, despite our testimonies and explanations about low toxicity and high quality nutrition. The proof is confirmed when you experience diet yourself.
