Hi Julian,

I don't know how to link photos. Suffice it to say that I have been asked ever since I can remember if I whiten my teeth (which, I don't). Even the dentist has asked me that.

I eat a wide variety of fruits over the course of a year's time. I just finished the last of the persimmons -- I've been eating almost exclusively persimmons for the past couple of months, with oranges, kiwis, bananas, and apples on the days when I have finished my batch of persimmons and am waiting for my next trip to the orchard to get more.

Throughout the year I eat apples, bananas, oranges, persimmons, melons, grapes, plantains (once in a while; I like to eat locally, but plantains and bananas are not grown locally here), kiwis, stone fruits (apricots, peaches, plums, etc.), pears, figs, blueberries, strawberries, ETC. . . . tomatoes, cucumbers, summer squash, etc. I eat dates very rarely. I bought a case of fresh, raw dates from Bautista (7hotdates.com) in December of 2010 when I was doing a lot of endurance running and cycling, and then I ate a small package of fresh, raw dates from a farm in Phoenix when I was visiting there in early December of this year. I may have eaten them one other time, but that's it.

I like to eat locally and seasonally (and organically), either growing my own or procuring from local organic farmers. Now that persimmon season is over I believe I'll be eating a lot more oranges again. I ate mandarins pretty much exclusively last February and March due to the lack of anything else local at that time and bananas taking weeks on end to ripen. Now I buy a case of bananas at a time from WF; with the 10% case discount they give me, they come to about 89 cents a pound, which is the best I've seen for organic bananas around here).

The biggest difference I've noticed is lack of tartar build up, which I used to get in a matter of days pre-811rv. My gums have stayed healthy, with good measurements and no bleeding. I am in my early 40s.

Scroll down some and you can read more about dental care and 811rv (Dr. Graham has a very comprehensive article in a back issue of Living Nutrition, now known as Vibrance magazine, which I linked in an older post down below).

Let me know if you have any other questions, okay?
