Also, the best way to not feel hurt is to have lots of confidence. I'm confident in you. You are confident in you. Take everything anyone says as a compliment of your good judgment. If you ever mess up, admit it, and then walk in confidence that you'll try harder.

If you're not 100% 811rv, don't worry. Keep moving toward the target of 811rv, and you'll benefit, the animals will benefit, and the environment will benefit. Most of us started at 0% and then gradually moved toward 100%. You are no different than us. You get the most benefit the closer you are to 100%. The motivation is from ourselves because we want what others have.
