Yes, you're welcome about my experience with no overt fats. I believe that overt fats are not necessary as long as you eat enough calories from low-fat fruits and greens to sustain your activity level.

I believe that perfectly health people do not drop dead, as Doug Graham said, so theoretically, we can live hundreds of years like those in Genesis in the Bible. I believe that we should become more and more youthful and stronger as we get older by causing health. Strength comes from lifting weights. Make it an experiment to see what you can lift or how many pushups you can do. Say to yourself, "I wonder if I can do as many today as I did yesterday." Start small. Follow your body's agenda, only doing more when it is ready for more. Don't rush into increasing the load until your body has grown muscle over time. After a while, the experiment becomes a routine. If you keep getting stronger and healthier as you get older, you should be your strongest and healthiest at age 120. You cause health by creating the conditions for health, as described in The 80/10/10 Diet book.
