I am aspiring to follow the good health 80-10-10 practices but am somewhat limited in this regard. As such, I’m on a path towards surgery very soon for inguinal (groin) hernia, possibly both sides, at a Kaiser hospital in Los Angeles. I am 65-1/2. The Internet site Hernia Bible seems to be a responsible site advocating “watchful waiting”. Their program appears to be: a specialty flat pad support for purchase to keep in the hernia dietary, including eating fruit walking exercise, such as pilates, for core stomach muscles Dr D, in general is ok, what are your suggestions for possibly avoiding surgery, including looking for professional help, e.g. consultation with you? However, as you may recall, I was not able to go forward with consultations before. I know the hernia subject has been covered before. Thank you, Rick WP
