Subject:	romaine lettuce

In my town, I am favoring the non-organic romaine lettuce over the organic. Not because of the price, but rather, I find the non-organic to be tastier, crispier, and fresher. Surprising! Any thoughts? The organic romaine lettuce is just not as pleasing--kind of disapointing sometimes--at least from the 2 different stores I have purchased it from.

The celery here, on the other hand, is much tastier when organic :-)
