So here I am.
Right after Christmas I finally gave up olive oil and all overt-fat.
I was already eating less than 10% fat daily so it was not a big deal at all.
in fact, considering I never really longed for nuts or seeds,
I felt no deprivation whatsoever there.
As for olive oil, since I'm not 100% raw, i liked things which contained it,
like some pizza or crackers and I was surprised how easy it was to do without
it.
I had 2 teaspoons of sunflower seeds all this time and
one Hershey-type dark chocolate once.
Health-wise, I noticed the following:
* much more energy
* lighter legs, i feel like i could start running any minute of the day
* My period is late. Just a few days' late so we'll see.
I know it could be a good thing so i'm not worried.
As for my migraines, which is the reason i'm doing this for,
I guess it's early days yet.
I had a really bad one a few days ago unfortunately,
but many stressful events happened that week so who knows
what caused it this time?
I'll wait the next few months to see if there is a link.
Oh, I didn't lose weight cause I increased my fruit intake (nooo problem
there!)
I also increased my greens intake to 250g a day or so and i LOVE that.
My body craves green.
I'll try for a few more months and then see if it's worth adding back at least
the seeds and some avocado.
