Before suggesting to consult with Doug Graham at http://foodnsport.com/shop/coaching/consult.php, I would first try to experiment with raw fruits and greens. If you can not get enough calories, you'll have to rest more and let your body recover because you have less fuel, like a low gasoline tank. The diet that you were on was not providing the conditions for health. The only thing that will heal you is your body. If you have permanent damage, then and only then, do you need to intervene, but first see what happens without intervention. Remember, Claude Bernard made the statement: "The terrain is everything; the germ is nothing." Modern medical thinking (Louis Pasteur) is to intervene to destroy the germ, add herbs, add chemical isolates called supplements, perform surgery, use radiation, etc. Claude Bernard, Antoine Béchamp, and Natural Hygiene (Doug Graham) say eat whole foods for which we are designed (the terrain) and rest in bed, and the body will self-correct. Buy a case of bananas, a case of dates, some other fruit (including tomatoes and other things with seeds), and some greens (lettuce and celery). Eat and rest. Make sure that you are hydrated since your blood pressure is low. I get most of my water from fruits and greens and some from the tap. You need to decide how much water to drink to keep the blood pressure up. If you are in an emergency, call 911. Modern medicine can get you out of an emergency, but it is poor at long-term care because it doesn't change the terrain, which is usually the cause of the problem. "The terrain is everything; the germ is nothing."
