You're welcome.
The New Rules of Lifting, Six Basic Moves for Maximum Muscle book by Lou Schuler and Alwyn Cosgrove gives the six basic moves:
* squat
* deadlift
* lunge
* push
* pull
* twist
Alwyn Cosgrove is the expert. Lou Schuler is the fitness writer. The back of the book writes about nutrition, but it's not healthy because they don't follow the 80/10/10 raw vegan diet. I like the focus on not using machines that isolate muscle groups, using multiple muscles so that they grow in proportion with each other, the pictures of the model showing each step of the exercises that follow the six basic moves, and the strength programs that tell you the exercises, sets, repetitions, tempo, and time to rest between sets.
Also, Chris Califano says that many body builders are filled with waste products from cooked food or from water retention caused by inorganic sodium chloride. This is from "http://www.thefirstsupper.com/thebestweighblog.php?s=bulked-up-vs-genuine-muscle". You want functional muscles, not to bulk the muscles and fat cells full of garbage. Chris Califano eats 80/10/10 raw vegan.
