Thank you Dr. Graham. I don't understand if the suggest of mixing by water content is valid also for grains, beans, ecc. and cooked foods in general. Also, in NAP you say that foods with a ratio closer to 1:1 of starches and proteins (like beans) are not ideal for humans, but what about other vegetables like mushrooms and some leafy greens with the same ratio?
