how low is someone to keep fat intake when dealing with
dysbiosis and blood sugar issues? 955 or can they go up to
811?

When it is ok to add fats, and what is the best kind?

What is ur opinion of avos? Is it true they digest different
than other fats so that they arent stored and dont cause the
issues related to other types of fats, like candida and blood
sugar issues?

I've been on the lfrv for over 2 months and am struggling. I
have been dx'd with bacterial, fungal, yeast infections via
stool analysis.

Is raw sauerkraut good to eat, like the one from Rejuvenative
Foods, for gut flora balance? I take a probiotic, but
fermented foods tend to help as well.

Thanks!
