Whoops, sorry about the lack of information.

I gained the first 10lbs from eating poorly. And whoops, yes I gained
8lbs in January since starting 80/10/10.
On average I eat watery fruit in the morning (like 12 oranges or a box
of clementines), a 12-banana smoothie lunch (or more fruit if I'm still
hungry), a few pieces of apple or oranges before dinner, and then a
large salad sometimes with some cooked vegetables or beans or rice
as a transition. I don't know if the cooked food makes me gain
weight??? I have barely had any overt fats.

I usually go well over 3000 calories according to cronometer.com.
Whenever I try to go for my ideal caloric amount I crave crap. But I feel
like going over my ideal caloric amount will just cause me to gain
more weight! Kind of confused.

I have no idea how much of my weight gain has been water or fat. I'm
hoping it's just water. But my pants are starting not to fit. :(
