You give us a few clues, and a few isolated bits of information, but not a lot to go on, really.
You say you gained 10 pounds, and then 10 more, (I think this means 20 in total) but your current weight is just 8 pounds more than it was on Jan 1. I admit to being a bit confused.
I don't really know what you eat, say on an average day. Could you provide some examples?

If you use multiple resources for guidance, you'll invariably end up confused. That's predictable.

You switched from using body fat as your unit to using weight as your unit. The two are only somewhat related, as hydration affects both, but differently.

Do you know how much of your weight gain has been water, and how much was fat? Or, does it really matter? Dehydrated runners don't fare well, and 811 is optimally hydrating.

I want to see you running well. Looking forward to helping you sort this issue.
