Subject:         How to heal a strained/pulled muscle? (arm)
Date: January 29, 2012 at 2:21 am PST

I'm not sure I strained it, tore it, pulled it or what exactly.
I never quite understood those differences, sorry.

I was doing bicep curls and used a bigger dumbbell than I should have,
and then I kept lifting things at home when I should have rested I guess.

So things got worse and now it hurts me to turn the key in the door lock or to
open a faucet.

ANy advice anyone?
Eating more greens to get more protein?
I'm eating around 200g of tender dark and light green leaves almost daily.
I weigh 45kg and am a woman.

I guess maybe i just need to stop using it as much as possible,
but if there's anything extra to speed up the process, I'd
be interested in learning.

Thank you.
