Thank you for the tip regarding Jourdan's Beautiful Food. I ordered some Canistel and some Chocolate Sapote, neither of which I've ever had. I've been wanting to try Chocolate Sapote for years. I had never heard of Canistel.

I look forward to these and the other fruit I've never tried, such as Mamey Sapote, as they come back in season.
