Ric, I'm glad to hear that your exercises continue in the winter. I have been doing pushups as an experiment to build muscles. I reached 35 pushups in a set, starting in the teens. I keep climbing according to my body's agenda (when it is ready). I listen to ABBA, a Swedish music group from the 1970s, and I can't help but dance, so I dance and do calisthenics. ABBA's music is uplifting. Also, I sit against the wall for about a minute until my legs burn. I reached 1 minute, 15 seconds. I expect that time to climb. I stopped eating overt fats (seeds, nuts, and avocados) at the beginning of January 2011. However, I can eat cucumbers, strawberries, and oranges. Lately, I have been buying blueberries for $28 per case. That's a salad: some lettuce leaves, then some blueberries, then some lettuce leaves, etc. The minerals from greens (leaves) and your favorite fruit (things with seeds) will balance each other nicely.
