Also, I compost all of my fruit and greens scraps, such as banana peels, persimmons skins, and the base of a head of lettuce. Again, this is simple. I have a 1.1 gallon Rubbermaid plastic container with a lid, in which I put the scraps. When full, I put it outside on my leaf and grass clippings pile to decompose. Those leaves, grass clippings, and food scraps can be used for my garden. I bring this container to work.

Also, I bring a cutting board and knife to work so that I don't need to prepare food for work. I usually prepare it as a I eat.

I carry all of my food and equipment in canvas bags with cloth handles, the sames ones that I use to do my shopping. I load them up with fruits and greens, a knife, a wooden cutting board, the compost container that I mentioned, a couple of spoons, and a fork. I usually don't prepare food for work. Oranges are an exception because they are messy to peel, so I can peel them and split them ahead of time. I put the orange sections in a plastic container with a lid and put that in my canvas bags.

I bring my toothbrush and floss to work and brush and floss after I eat and during eating. I reuse my floss by washing it. I also rinse my mouth with water. I want to feed mostly myself, less to the bacteria in my mouth because they love sugar too and will multiply on my teeth if I don't clean my teeth.

It takes longer to eat the food because there is more volume. It takes only a short time to prepare it.

Keep it simple.
