BI - banana island KT1, you're welcome. Yes, the more you do it, the more you'll benefit. For example, exercise takes discipline, but once you start playing tennis or jogging, it is hard to stop because you feel the benefits. For me, 811rv is a lazy person's diet, so that should make it easy to follow. Peel a banana and eat. Eat blueberries. Eat lettuce leaves off the head of lettuce, brushing off the dirt. Cut a tomato and eat it. Cut a cantaloupe in half, scoop out the seeds, and eat each half with a spoon. Cut a persimmon in half and eat it with two spoons, one to hold the skin and one to scoop the jelly-like insides off the skin. You see, you don't need to put much effort into preparing food anymore. That makes it very sustainable in the long run. Also, a time-saver is that I buy in bulk (full boxes) once a week from a co-op, except greens (lettuce and celery), of which, I buy what I need by splitting a case with the co-op owner. I can not eat a whole box of greens in a week. I started going slightly over a head of greens per day. I have my own large refrigerator. I keep things that need to ripen at room temperature in their boxes, and then when ripe, I refrigerate them if I think that they will go bad after ripening. I keep it very simple and thus very sustainable. It becomes so routine that I don't think about it much.
