Subject:         so confused with weight gain :(

I've been craving cooked food at the end of the day (especially plain rice,
potatoes, or rice noodles) and people on 30bananasaday told me it was because
I was not eating enough fruit. A few times a week I end up eating a little of
cooked carb food (plain) or cooked beans with my salad, but for the most part I
am eating all fruit and raw salads. I started 100% 80/10/10 on the first of
January this year, but I had been working my way up to it since this past
summer. In the summer I was experimenting with raw fish, high-fat raw, etc, and
realized 80/10/10 worked best for me and my athletic endeavors as a cross
country and track athlete in college. As a freshman runner (before raw) I ate
oatmeal in the mornings with eggs, vegetables and lean protein for lunch, and a
vegetarian meal for dinner. I was relatively healthy and had 10% body fat and ran
really well on that. I was at my lowest weight but looked good and strong. Since
then I have gained 10lbs (mostly from bingeing on crap...which I was told I did
because I was trying to limit my fruit intake) and then went up another 10lbs
since starting 80/10/10! I am so confused!
January 1st: 133lbs
January 9: 132lbs
January 14: 132lbs
January 16: 134lbs
January 22: 138lbs
January 28: 141lbs

Everyone is telling me to still eat more fruit, but I am already going over
3000calories of fruit each day. I can't stand thinking about gaining any more
weight, especially because it's just going to slow down my running. But I can't
imagine trying to cut my calories because I already get hungry if I eat less than
3000calories a day. Fruit just doesn't keep me full and satiated.

I have been eating mono meals, usually watery fruit at the beginning of the day,
bananas for lunch, more fruit before dinner and then a large salad (sometimes
with cooked beans on it or cooked corn).

Should I cut down on the fruit and eat more salads with cooked carbs to keep me
full?

Please, for the sake of this diet, help me figure this out! My coaches and
teammates are already skeptical about this way of eating, and if my running
continues to plummet I will have to find a new way of eating. :(
