Yes, 4000cals a day roughly (usually anywhere between 3000-4000) and 3litres of water a day. I urinate at least 10 times a day and once about an hour after going to bed, then early in the morning again.

I have been following calorie recommendations from 30bananas a day, as I found I wasn't able to function on the calories recommended in the 811 book for very long (30 day max)-my anxiety/mood was unmanagable and I found it increasingly difficult to sleep and found I had v.little energy.

I am not currently doing any exercise, as I have been trying to simply rest, though even when I used to exercise, I still had problems with my anxiety and digestion-I feel that rest and sleep is my weakest link, which I'm now working on.

Harley says 10g/carbs/per kilo body weight per day, regardless of physical activity.

It would be great if one day you and Harley could clarify the discrepancy in your recommendations for calorie intake.
