Wow, Shannon. It sure sounds as though you are going through a lot. The high levels of stress/anxiety certainly could be contributing to your gastro distress. What are you doing to correct your stress levels? Meditation? Nurturing relationships? Getting out in nature? I used to have unbearable anxiety myself, so I can relate. I incorporate all of the above, plus some physical activity and 811rv and it's been better than any medicine.
I would really encourage you to get yourself moving as well. Even if it is a walk around the block before each meal.
And, yes, sleep/rest sounds like a good priority as well.
Is there a reason why you are consuming so many calories (well over 3000 a day) and so much water (at least 3 litres a day) without physical activity? It could be that you are overloading your body's digestive capacity, contributing to the tiredness as well as the gastro distress. But, I am not expert by any means, so this is just a guess.
Hopefully Dr. Graham will have some expert words of wisdom for you. In the meantime, take gentle care, Shannon.
