I do have Chronic Fatigue and Fibro, I've had terrible mental confusion the last
few days, can't remember what day it is, time it is, etc. Can't function without
my list at all times, which I forget that I'm following my list. It's really bad, can
hardly spell words, I don't know what I'm doing sometimes, it's scary, don't
want to drive!
I'm 41 female, 140 lbs
Eating:
Banana Island a few smoothies a day adding up to about 2000.
I put myself on the island because I was so bloated all the time and gained 5 lbs
since I upped my calories 3 weeks ago to 2400. I didn't have the energy to
exercise much the last few weeks (I love to exercise), so I laid around a lot and
read books, etc. I know that affected my digestion also. I have more energy
bloating is subsiding on banana island so I think I could get a light rebounder
workout in (30 minutes) every day, anything over that backlashes my chronic
fatigue.
I was b-12 low and vitamin d low, I am on a B-complex plus sl b-12 (10,000 a
day) I haven't had my vitamin d pills in a few days (vita d-3 2000-6000). I read
on the Marshall Protocol that they give CFS patients brain lesions ( I know, I
know the internet!!)
I sunbathe minimum 30-60 minutes 5-7 days a week and don't wear
sunglasses anymore, I live in South Florida.
I hope this is enough info, any suggestions? Should I try some Omega 3's? Any
time I have avocado I feel not great, (also why I went on banana island)
Before BI, I was eating greens daily, I love them but could only hold about 1% of
my daily calories at this point.
Also I was eating 811rv for the last 2 years, but not getting nearly enough
calories (1200-1500 daily) and I would cheat with other raw food like sushi and
ceviche. I didn't understand the "raw is not law" thing yet. So I have been strict
vegan for 2 months and on a more proper form of 811rv.
Thank you for your thoughtful and generous responses!
