Thanks a lot Just me :), I had read about that toxic compounds, hence the question, because I understand all greens can be toxic to some degree, some much less (young leaves and certain greens, many cultivated) than others. Usually this is showed in the taste. I have the doubt yet, because I find it quite enjoyable, more than kale, for example. For example it is said that flax have cyanide compounds too, and it is edible raw. I maintain my doubt, hehe.
