Speaking of that no-time-for-dinner issue on the nights before my early days, I find it tricky to have to "schedule" meals in. It might be hard and uncomfortable trying to get in most of my calories before 1pm...but that's pretty much all the time I will have to eat. I work from 1-5pm, with no real breaks, and then I need to come home and hop into bed asap. Should I try getting my calories from a liquid meal that I can drink while I work from 1-5? I would be allowed to do that.
