A couple questions here! Thank you for your time and attention.

My next objective in 811rv to focus on is sleep. I am working on going to bed much earlier, and sleeping in for however long my body allows me. Easier said than done when your work schedule conflicts with sleeping in. I am starting a schedule this week, and two days a week (every 3 days), I need to be awake by 3am or 3:30am. Not only do I need to be awake, but I need to be alert, energetic, and ready for a seriously long day on my feet (over 12 hrs), dealing with moderate anxiety due to the type of work.

The night before I go to work, I would like atleast 8 hours of sleep. 9 or 10 would be ideal. That means my ideal bedtime on those nights would be 7pm at the latest, in order to get 8 hours of sleep. The earlier the better. But the problem is I don't get home til about 5:30pm and only then am I able to have dinner. Hmm...should I try to get in most of my calories earlier in the day, so that I can keep my dinner very light--since I need to get bed immediately after?

My more important question regarding sleep is, in order to adjust to getting up at 3 or 3:30 two days each week(though I only have these early work hours for a couple months), should I try to do the same bedtime & rising schedule every day (e.g. sleep 6pm-4am)---thus, waking up with an alarm clock, until my body gets adjusted---if possible within only a couple months. Or should I just let my body sleep in all the other days, with the sacrifice of being tired on my work days? I can at least try to go to bed as early as possible each night--though I am still adjusting to that in the first place.

Thank you all :-)
