in one of your talks, you mentioned the importance of not eating too much, and the importance of eating within your digestive capacity but I'm wondering how we decide what our capacity is. I know it may sound silly asking such a question, as usually we know when we feel "full", but while transitiioning to this lifestyle it takes time to get used to eating such a large volume of food, which leaves most people (and from my experience) feeling very full. Also, most people eating the standard american diet would assume that they have reached their digestive capacity after 1 or 2 bananas. What are your thoughts on this? Thank you :)
