Hi DR Graham
I recently started visiting the GYM to build some muscle. I was reading chapter 9 on weight management and I did not understand what you mean when you mention 1 rep max. I took it that I should grab the heavyist weight that i can carry and lift it once.
But the more I thought about this it wasn't adding up in my mind.
could you explain what you mean. I'd like to develop more strenght and muscle.
