i have read 801010 but i just dont understand why my derm thinks
that topicals and antibiotics are going to help. Isnt it just short term. I
almost want to ask her what will happen when i stop taking the
antibiotics and using the creams. will it just come right back? thats
such a waste of time and money. I should of asked her this when i was
there.

i am adopting the 811rv way of life. slowly but surely. just became
vegan but my hardest hurdle to overcome is being low fat. maybe the
high fat along with the high carbs is what is aggravating my skin...but
then again, "acne has nothing to do with diet" right. haha
