Thank you for the answer Dr. Graham. I understand what you say, but now I'm a bit confused about the "Basic Food Combining Guidelines" that you give in Nutrition And Athletic Performance - Chapter Fourteen: Food Combining. Are they still valid? Or maybe they are only valid for cooked foods, grains, legumes, ecc. and the fruits and vegetables that don't fit the 80/10/10 caloronutrient ratio?
