I am also following The 80/10/10 Diet and just working on the
translation of the book into Slovenian.

With my question I am interested mostly in review of the Perfect 10
diet, because I want to expose its fallacies, and was hoping someone
has done that already. But perhaps you're approach is better, to focus
on positive and working solutions :-)
