Hi Lena, Thanks for your response. I've attributed the diarrhea to overloading, right or wrong, in an attempt to gain weight or rebalance. The first time I had eaten quite a few black sapotes & I thought perhaps the skins inexcess were causing an irritation so I stopped eating black sapotes. Next time it happened I was consuming lots of persimmons & I thought perhaps it was the persimmon skins so I eliminated persimmons. The most recent time it was what might have been an excess of high water content fruit so I've cut back on fruit since I'm not eating any dense fruit anymore as the dense fruit season is over me for. Bananas don't agree with me. A typical day would look like fruit in the morning (several tangelos or some other citrus, papaya, berries, sometimes an apple or two & a head of lettuce. I've cut back to perhaps 2-3 pounds of fruit from 4-5 I might guess. I don't eat again until late in the day at which time I'll have a large blended salad followed by a whole salad & small amount of avocado (I've begun eating some nuts and seeds some days instead of avocado). Second meal will include celery, tomato, cucumber, red pepper, spinach, kale, romaine, lemon juice. I've been stressed for some time, am sleep deprived (5-6 hrs/day), get very small amounts of sun but since I'm directly on the beach I have the ocean air. best, br
