Hi Dr. Graham, I am currently reading your book on the 80/10/10, and it is changing my view on, well, everything! I am extremely enthusiastic about making the switch as I have been thinking about and planning this for quite a while (even before reading your book). I feel at this point that I am ready to go all the way as I have been gradually adding more fruit and greens into my diet. I currently eat only raw until midday.. but I have made the decision that Feb 1st is my start day! My only concern (mild) is if making the full switch will affect my breastmilk. I have a 4 month old baby and breast feed full time. I am healthy as is my baby.. but I just want to know that I'm doing it 'right'. I have looked into the whole 'toxins in the milk' thing, in regards to the detox period and it looks as though that particular aspect is not much to worry about. My main question would be how many extra calories would I need whilst breastfeeding and what fruits would be the best sources. I will continue reading your book, but would love to know your thoughts on this subject! I have not read any other posts, so I apologize if this question has already been asked. many thanks, Kati
