Ric, Thanks for responding. When I had been consuming seeds regularly some years ago, I too would always grind the seeds in a coffee grinder (always kept them in the fridge) but didn't care for the taste of flax seeds & so I'd use predominantly sesame seeds & add a much smaller quantity of flax (did the same with sunflower, pumpkin, hemp using sesame as my base). To this ground up mixture, I would add fresh lemon juice & I loved it. The sesame/flax combo was my least favorite but I still enjoyed it. I never wanted to combine seeds but compromised in the interest of including seeds in my diet. What do you think of combining seeds in this fashion? Do you mix the seeds with the citrus or consume them separately but together? best, br
