I have been eating the flax with orange, grapefruit and strawberries. You can blend these if you like. I have been eating it whole (unblended) lately.

I go with acid fruit along with flax, as acid fruits assist in digestion of seeds.

I always grind the flax fine in a Braun coffee mill first. I keep the flax in the fridge to have it cold when I grind it, as the mill produces some (unwanted) possibly nutrient destroying heat.

There is no need to grind chia seeds. I do not soak them either.
