I teach anatomy and physiology as it was taught pre-1985, when each structure of the body was listed as being in one system, and one system only. Today, A&P is taught in a different style, and anatomical parts can be in more than one system at the same time.
I teach that there is no immune system, for a variety of reasons beyond simple A&P. Health philosophy, including personal responsibility for one's health, dispels the myth of immunity.
