Hello,
I was wondering if someone can help me in here. I have been diagnosed with Fatty Liver disease .
I used to be a junk food eater and I did not feel well so I have been reseaching and looking for help.
I am a male, 51 years old, weigh 203lbs. 5`11' , I have been on the the 80/10/10 diet for about 2 months now and I feel that I have trouble digesting bananas. I tried a carrot juice fast for 5 days with some herbal fiber and felt better. I eliminated some fecal matter. Right now I am on 9/5/5 because I have trouble digesting nuts, avocados are OK.
I run about 5 or 6 miles a day, do I couple of yoga classes a week
was considering a water fast but not sure if this to extreme.
Is this a reversable disease.

Here are some of my Numbers from my recent Blood test:
1)My sodium level is 130 normal is 136-145
2)Tryglcerides 367, normal is <150
3)cholesterol 174, normal is<200, this is OK I think
4)(Calc) LDL Cholestorol 70, normal is<100 OK here too
My liver function #`s are:
AST(SGOT)32 , normal 5-34
ALT (SGPT) 36, normal 0-55
Bilirubin 1.2 , normal 0.2-1.2 , barely normal
everything else is normal

Not sure where to turn or just sit tight and let nature takes it`s path.
Thank you in anticipation of your help
Bob
