Thanks for your reply, Dr. Graham! My fast ended end of August. I didn't recover,- started exercising right away as soon as I started eating. I did a lot: 1,5-3 hours/day. thought it would be all right if I started off slowly (not too fast) Then I joined the running group on the 14th of September. I was just so impressed with big amounts of energy after the fast that I though it was the right thing to do. Once I went for a 1 hour run and then went swimming after that,- for 1,5 hours. The high energy levels felt so unusual and so good! I was the only one in the group who felt like sprinting at the end of the run,- and I seemed to be the fastest one, which really surprised me: I've been running a lot before but I was a very slow "just for fun" runner. How fast? 1 hour or a bit more and 5-6min/km will LOTS of hills,- 2x a week in the group plus every morning on my own,- for 1,5 hours maximum. That didn't stop me from going to the gym on a daily basis as well and working out for 1,5 hours. Yep, my blood levels are OK,- I got them checked recently. You are right about the b12,- it took years (probably). I don't know for sure b/c I never got any blood work done before I started feeling tired on a daily basis. Any "guesswork" is greatly appreciated,- thanks so much
