After that I once woke up during the night, feeling like I can't breathe and having heart palpitations. I thought that I had some kind of reaction to the pesticides in the d-urian I ate that day,- can this happen? That was terribly scary and I went to the doc on the next day. He diagnosed a massive sinusitis which practically blocked the left half of my face.
But he also told me that it has nothing to do with the breathing and that the breathing thing was just a "mistake" and will not come again.
Well, it kept coming almost every night and one night it got so bad that I had to call the emergency. I was shivering from inside and couldn't breathe. they told me that I'm fine and that I have 99% oxygen in my blood. They did also check the sugar and that was fine (60) but b/c I wasn't feeling good at all, they gave me a strong l o razepam and I felt better instantly! I haven't taken any drugs in years and I think this one might have caused some damage to me b/c the condition keeps coming back, even though i stopped taking the pills (I took some for 3-4 days),- but that was back in October.
I didn't know what panic attacks are but now I do and I am embarrassed to say that they keep coming back.....I feel so lost! I don't know what to do anymore. I am doing 811 religiously since November but I don't feel good at all.
