I'm happy that your teeth have held up well. Although the videos show a sexy Doug Graham and a modelesque Kristina, they don't put a solid foundation down for a workable, foolproof technique that people (who are not movie star lookalikes) should be using to preserve their teeth on this diet. There should be a concrete plan, and Doug Graham should explain it. His pretty boy video doesn't explain it step by step. All you see are his bulging muscles, suntan, strutting around and curly hair. How about a little substance? How about some honest advice on how best to have good teeth on this plan? After all, he says 25 years he's been toothsomely problem free. Even if it makes the audience seem like gradeschool children, the effort should be made to educate us about our teeth in regard to this diet.

I have experienced tooth shrinkage myself on this plan. It's making me question whether I should be adding dairy or supplements. If Doug Graham would be serious and explain in a step by step manner on a video about teeth instead of trying to turn the girls on, I would be ever so grateful.

I was shocked at Doug Graham's immature response to Renee's inquiry below. She was needing guidance and all she got was a sarcastic snicker from him. Even though the sarcasm was aimed at her dentist, it was nonetheless dismissive of her legitimate concern. It was no proper way to respond to a nice girl who was earnestly seeking advice.

There are too many with tooth sensitivity issues on this diet for the problem to be ignored or, worse, made light of.

Thank you for your efforts. I might be back to ask questions of you later about your greens. For now, I'm busy.
